I’m still sore but when it hurts you know it’s working! Don’t give up!

Vitamins- Biotin

Food:
Bf: half thing of fruit
Lunch: 1/2 turkey sub on wheat
Water 64+ ounces
Dinner: shrimp Alfredo w/ broccoli

Exercise: Zumba

Btw the dietitian said I lost 1 lbs… Next week I’m going to set weekly weight loss goals. Set yours too.
