It’s Fat Burning Ass-kicking March and I’ve been trying to live a healthier life! Who is with me? There hasn’t been too many participating in this month, but guess what I know I’ll reach one determined individual.
Today is a twice a day workout day! My first workout was 20 minutes of the Pure Cardio Insanity workout and the 5-minute Butt Blaster with Jenelle Salazar!
This is what Pure Cardio is:
For breakfast: I had a Cookie & Creme Isopure with a blended banana
Dinner I made turkey meatloaf and onions with brocolli and mash potatoes.
