March 5: Kicking FATs ASS

bodyHello ladies and gents! It’s about that time to talk about what we had today and what workouts we have already done and plan on doing. As you know, I workout twice a day one for cardio and the other for cardio, toning, and abs. I’ve already finished my first workout of the day 20 minutes of the Cardio Power and Resistance workout minus the stretching time. ( Power jumps kicked my tushy).

Breakfast: 2 egg whites with fresh turkey and 2 turkey sausage links

Snack: Ensure Nutrition shake

Lunch: Chicken Salad, veggie straws, and peaches

Snack: Smoothie (fruit and vanilla protein powder)

Dinner: Grilled Pork Chop and Green Beans
