Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids: they are necessary for human health but the body cannot make them. You have to get them through your diet. We figure why not introduce you to some great facts on omega-3’s.

Omega-3 fatty acids are in foods such as salmon, tuna, cod, and nut oils. Not only are the omega-3 fatty acids in foods and easily accessible, but they also assist with various health issues. Health issues like inflammation and may help lower risk of heart disease, cancer, and arthritis.

These fatty acids are said to be helpful for high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, and depression. So today go out to your local grocer and rack up the omega-3’s and stay healthy please.
