Fitness Friday: Mix it up!


Living a healthier lifestyle can get tiring if one doesn’t try new things. Sometimes you have to suck it up and step out of your comfort zone.

If you only eat chicken flush it for seafood! Start including grilled and baked salmon, tilapia, or cod. Start utilizing herbs, lemon juice and maybe some thyme.

Ditch corn and broccoli for asparagus, spinach, kale, or bell peppers. Hell, shuck meat during at least one meal. Sautée fresh veggies like mince garlic, onions, bell peppers, broccoli, zucchini and quash with salt and pepper to taste as a meal.

Stop ignoring the knowledge being presented people! Like everything else that you want you have to work your ass off for it! Why not take it seriously and mix it up a bit? Throw in some things you aren’t used to and watch fat dissolve off of you!
